On Monday, 5 October 2026, from 05:00 to 07:00 UTC, we will carry out planned maintenance on our authentication system. During this window CDAPI, RTAPI and the Self-service dashboard will be unavailable. The maintenance may finish earlier or take longer than planned.

RTAPI requests failing

We're aware that Real-Time API requests are currently timing out due to an issue with an upstream data source. Our team is working on a fix and we'll post an update here when RTAPI is back to normal.
